Effective June 1st, 2024, James Grover, currently Sales & Marketing Director at Kinetik Wellbeing, will step into the role of CEO, succeeding Graham Grover. This transition follows an 18-month succession plan designed to ensure continuity and stability within the company.
Graham Grover will shift to the role of Chairman of the Board, where he’ll continue to retain responsibilities on major projects as well as oversee all Board matters.
Graham Grover took on the position of CEO at Kinetik Wellbeing in 2016, during this time he has overseen the company’s growth into one the UK’s largest suppliers of home-use medical devices as well as a proud supplier to the NHS.
James Grover has held the position of Sales & Marketing Director at Kinetik Wellbeing for nearly 8 years. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its international reach, now supplying Kinetik Wellbeing medical devices across Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
